If protein was not the main purpose of this recipe, coconut milk would be a great milk substitute however coconut milk does not have the level of protein that soy milk does. If you need even more protein you can always add peanut butter and some tofu.
Berry Avocado Protein Shake

Ingredients
- 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1/2 cup of fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 1/4 of a cucumber
- 1/4 cup of strawberries
- 1/4 of a tofu block
- 1 cup of soy milk
