CANCELLATION POLICY

At Glowisha, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only before it reaches the "Processed / Quality Check" stage.

Prepaid Orders

Before Order Processing / Quality Check:

  • A small deduction of 3% of the order value (payment processing fee) will be applied.

  • An additional cancellation fee of 5–9% may apply.

After Order Processing / Quality Check:

  • Cancellation is allowed, but charges will be deducted for:

    • Forward shipping cost

    • Return shipping cost

    • Restocking fee

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing (Quality Check stage).

  • If a customer cancels after processing or refuses delivery:

    • Future COD options may be restricted or disabled.

Important Notes

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • You may choose to request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after applicable deductions.
