Shipping policy

At Glowisha, we aim to provide seamless shipping services through our trusted third-party courier partners. Below is our detailed shipping policy, covering everything from shipping timelines to returns and refunds.


General Shipping Information

We ship products domestically across all regions, using reliable third-party courier services. Once your order is processed, shipping times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, holidays, or strikes.

  • Order cut off Time: 5:00 PM, (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata)
  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday). Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

  • Delivery Time: After handling time, the estimated shipping time is generally between 3 to 15 business days(Monday to Saturday), depending on the destination. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet estimated shipping timelines, unforeseen delays on the part of the courier service may occur. If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you and provide updates as needed.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: We believe in simple and affordable shipping. That’s why we charge a shipping fee of ₹60 for all orders below ₹500. For orders valued above ₹500, shipping is absolutely free. There are no hidden fees or unexpected costs at checkout, except for applicable COD (Cash on Delivery) charges.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within India. We do not currently ship internationally.


Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We are currently unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. If you need items shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders.


P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a complete physical address to avoid any shipping delays or issues.


Damaged or Defective Products

We take care to ensure that your products are packaged securely; however, in rare cases, items may arrive damaged. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support.glowisha@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number and clear pictures of the damaged item(s).

  • Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for the product to be returned to the manufacturer for a replacement.

  • The entire return and replacement process may take up to 30 days, depending on the nature of the issue and the manufacturer’s policy.

Please note that replacement requests must be made within 2 days of receipt of the damaged product.


Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 2 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


Exchanges

We allow exchanges only for defective or damaged products. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support.glowisha@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods


Lost or Stolen Packages

Glowisha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier has marked the order as delivered. If you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or the courier company directly. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, Glowisha is not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at your expense.
