At Glowisha, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience through our trusted courier partners.

We currently ship across India using reliable third-party logistics providers. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (IST)

Order Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 2–3 Business Days (Monday to Saturday) of successful order confirmation. Orders received after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery generally takes:

3–7 Business Days (Monday to Saturday) for most serviceable locations.
Additional time may be required for remote or difficult-to-service locations.

Orders above ₹500: FREE Shipping
Orders worth ₹499 or below: Shipping charge of ₹60

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via your registered email address and/or mobile number.

Tracking information may take 2 to 3 days to become active after dispatch.

We recommend keeping your registered phone number accessible to receive courier updates.

Authenticity & Product Identification

Customer trust is our priority.

Products sold through Glowisha are sourced through legitimate supply channels, including authorized suppliers, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, or other verified sources, depending on the product.

Every product is assigned a Unique Glowisha ID (UCID) to help:

Verify product authenticity.
Assist with post-delivery customer support.
Identify the specific product in our internal records.
Maintain quality control and packaging verification before dispatch.

Important: Please do not remove or tamper with the UCID label after delivery, as it may be required for product verification or customer support.

Shipping Limitations

We currently ship only within India.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
Multiple shipping addresses cannot be selected within a single order.
Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of the destination by our courier partners.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or you receive an incorrect product:

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Share your order number along with clear photographs of the package and product.
Our team will review the issue and assist you according to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address modifications may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.
